샤이니 (SHINee) - 정규7집 [Don’t Call Me] 발매를 기념하여 MUSICPLANT에서 VIDEO CALL EVENT가 진행됩니다.

● What is the VIDEO CALL EVENT ?

아티스트가 모바일 메신저 채널을 통해 영상통화 및 당첨자 분의 사인을 진행하는 이벤트입니다.

1인당 통화시간(약 2분)이 제한되어 있는 점 양해 부탁드립니다.

The members and winners will have a signing event through a video call during the time.

Video calls are made through the face talk application of Kakao Talk.

Please understand that there is a limited video call time per person (about 2 minutes).

● 이벤트 내용

1) 당첨자 1:1 영상통화 (멤버별 30명씩, 총 120명 / 멤버별 중복당첨 가능)

카카오톡 어플의 페이스톡 기능으로만 영상통화 진행

2) 당첨자 이름이 담긴 자필 사인앨범 증정

1) Winner 1:1 video call (30 people of each member will be drawn(Total 120 people)

Video call is conducted only with the face talk function of Kakao Talk application.

2) Handwritten signature album containing the winner's name will be provided.

참여 방법 | 이벤트 응모기간 내 뮤직플랜트(MUSICPLANT) 온라인몰에서

구매 결제 완료한 고객분들(해당 이벤트 기간내 앨범 구매 시 자동 응모)

중 추첨을 통해 총 120명 (멤버별 30명씩) 영상통화 기회 부여

During the event entry period, SHINee's 7th album [Don't Call Me] (Photo Book Ver.)

Customers who have completed the purchase payment (automatically apply for the album within the event period)

A total of 120 people (30 people per member) will be given a chance to make a video call through a draw.

* 이벤트 기간 내 한 개의 아이디로 여러 건을 주문하신 경우 모두 합산하여 총 구매하신 수량과 동일한 횟수로 자동 응모됩니다.

* 한 개의 아이디로 여러 주문자가 주문하실 경우엔, 아이디 기준 한 명의 응모자로 간주됩니다.

ex) 응모기간 중 아이디 A님이 1차로 2장 주문 / 2차로 3장 주문하실 경우,

응모기간 내 총 5장 구매로 합산되어 아이디 A님은 5회 자동 응모 처리됩니다.

If you have ordered several Albums with the same information during the event period, you will automatically apply as the total numbers of albums that you purchased.
EX) If you order two albums on the first try, and then three albums on the second try, you would apply total of five times of this event.

이벤트 일시 | 추후 공지 예정

             * 이벤트 일자 최소 3일 전, MMS와 E-mail을 통해 안내 예정입니다.

Event date: It will be informed later.

(At least 3 days before the event date, we will inform you through kakaotalk and E-mail.)

[이벤트 진행 안내 (EVENT PROCESS)]

* 본 이벤트는 카카오톡 어플의 페이스톡 기능으로만 진행되는 영상통화로 당첨자는 반드시

카카오톡이 가능한 휴대폰을 준비해 주시기 바랍니다.

VIDEO CALL EVENT는 카카오톡 영상통화(페이스톡)를 통해서만 진행되는 점 양해 부탁드립니다.

Video calls would be proceed using facetalk in KaKao Talk App.

Please make sure that your phone is available in Kakao App.

* 주문 시 이벤트에 참여하실 응모자의 정보를 입력해 주셔야 응모가 완료됩니다.

When you order EP, you should enter your personal information for entry for the video call event.  

 Foreign participants – KAKAOTALK ID and phone no. and name
KOREAN – KAKAOTALK ID OR Phone no.

* 본 이벤트는 당첨자 본인에 한하여 참여가 가능하며 응모 후 연락처 및 정보변경은 불가하오니

반드시 본 이벤트에 참여하실 분의 정확한 정보로 응모해 주시기 바랍니다.

The winner is the only person allowed to participate in the event. It is not possible to change the contact information(including address),

 so please make sure to enter the correct information of the person who would be participate in the event.

* 영상통화 시간은 당첨자 분들에게 모두 동일하게 약 2분씩 적용될 예정입니다.

The video call time (2 min.) would be same for all winners.

당첨자 본인이 아닐 경우 또는 2인이상 참여의 경우 진행이 불가하오니 이 점 유의하시기 바랍니다.

If there is anybody other than you participating in this event, the call will be restricted.

* 이벤트 진행 순서는 당첨자 발표 시 안내되는 번호 순서에 따라 진행됩니다.

The event would be proceed sequentially with the number that winner noticed.

* 통화중 녹음, 녹화 및 SNS로 생중계를 할 수 없습니다.

It is impossible to record and broadcast live on social media during a call.

* 원활한 진행을 위해 진행처로의 통화 발신 및 메시지 발송을 삼가해 주시기 바랍니다.

Please do not call back or send message as the event is going on.

* 당첨자를 포함하여 응모자들의 응모 시 구입한 앨범 발송은 해당 VIDEO CALL EVENT 종료 후,

순차 배송 진행 예정입니다.

* 본 이벤트 당첨자에게 제공되는 자필 사인앨범은 당첨자가 구매한 앨범 이외에 추가로 자필 사인앨범

1장이 제공되는 이벤트입니다. (응모 시 구매한 앨범은 별도 발송)

The signed albums provided to winners of this event are additional signed albums in addition to those purchased by winners.

(Album purchased at the time of application will be sent separately) (Album will be provided randomly)

[NOTICE FOR EVENT]

1. 이벤트 응모기간 내 구입한 상품은 구매 시 응모가 자동으로 이루어지므로 취소 및 환불이 불가합니다.

 Albums purchased during the event are automatically entry for the event, so cancel or refund or exchange will be restricted.

2. 본 이벤트는 반드시 당첨된 본인만 통화가 가능하며, 연락처 수정이나 양도가 불가합니다.

응모를 위한 멤버별 교차 구매는 가능합니다. 양도로 인해 발생한 피해에 대한 책임은

전적으로 당사자에게 있으며, 당첨자 본인이 아닌 경우 영상통화 및 이벤트 진행이 불가하오니

응모 시 유의하시기 바랍니다.

The event is non-transferable. purchases are available for each member for application. If you transfer or selling the winning ticket, you are solely responsible for the damage.

The winner is the only person allowed to participate in the event. The call will be terminated If others join the call.

3. 주문자와 응모자가 다를 경우, 이벤트에 참여하시는 분의 정보로 응모자이름을 등록해주시길 바랍니다.

- 신분증 및 여권에 표기되어 있는 한글(내국인) 또는 영문명(외국인)으로 응모해 주시기 바랍니다. (Foreign participants can only enter if their name and passport's English name are the same.)

- 당첨자 본인 확인가능한 신분증:

내국인(주민등록증, 여권, 청소년증)

외국인(대한민국 국적외)경우 여권, 외국인등록증만 인정되며 이외의 신분증(학생증 등)은 인정되지 않습니다.

- 당첨자 정보가 신분증(내국인) 및 여권 정보(외국인)와 다를 경우 당첨에서 제외됩니다.

Foreign participants can only enter if their name and passport's English name are the same.

- To verify winner’s ID: Passport and national ID ( winner’s own country national ID)

4. 이벤트 진행 동안 2번이상 전화를 받지 않는 경우, 해당 당첨자의 이벤트 진행은 불가하오니

이벤트 진행 시작시간을 참고하시어 통화가 가능하신 분만 응모해 주시길 바랍니다

If you don’t answer the call more than twice during the event, it’s impossible to proceed. So please apply only for those who can call on that date.

5. 이벤트 진행 시 통화 내용이 부적절하다고 판단될 경우, 참여가 제한될 수 있습니다.

6. 이벤트는 안내된 이벤트 시간에 시작하여 순차적으로 진행되기에 이벤트 진행시간 동안 당첨자와의

연락이 원활하지 않거나 카카오톡을 통한 진행이 어려운 경우에는 도움을 드릴 수가 없습니다.

이벤트의 내용을 꼭 확인하신 후 해당 시간 내 카카오톡으로 진행에 어려움이 없으신 분들만

응모해주시길 바랍니다.

Video calls would be proceed using facetalk in KaKao Talk App. The event will start at the informed time and proceed sequentially.

We cannot help you during the video call event time if your internet connection is not clear, or your Kakao App would not work.

So, please check the contents of the event and only those who do not have any difficulties can apply for this event.

7. 본 상품은 영상통화 응모권이 포함된 상품으로 구매와 동시에 응모가 이루어집니다.

교환 및 환불이 불가하므로 신중한 구매를 부탁드립니다.

This product is a product that includes a video call application ticket, and applications are made at the same time as the purchase is made.

Please make a careful purchase since it is not possible to exchange or refund.

8. 결제수단으로 가상계좌 입금 선택 시 응모 마감시간전 입금확인이 완료되어야

정상적으로 응모가 완료됩니다.

(When selecting a virtual account deposit as a payment method,

the deposit confirmation must be completed before the deadline for the application.)

9. 당첨자의 네트워크 연결에 문제가 있을 경우 이벤트 진행이 어려울 수 있으며 네트워크 문제로

연결이 되지 않거나 중단될 경우 재진행이 어려울 수 있으니 미리 본인의 네트워크 환경을 체크해주세요.
If there is a problem with your network connection or phone setting, it would be difficult to proceed with the video call event event. So please check your network screen, and audio settings in advance.  

10. 이벤트 진행 방법에 대한 자세한 사항은 당첨자 발표와 함께 공지 됩니다.

Details of how to proceed with the event will be announced with the winner's announcement.

11. 개인정보 보호법 관련 상품발송 및 중복 당첨자의 개인정보를 아래와 같이 수집, 제공합니다.

    - 개인정보를 제공받는 자 : 뮤직플랜트

    - 수집항목 : 이름, 생년월일, 연락처, 이메일, 카카오톡 ID

    - 수집목적 : 샤이니 (SHINee) - 정규7집 [Don’t Call Me] 발매기념 영상통화 이벤트 응모

    - 활용기간 : 이용목적 달성 후 폐기 (이벤트 종료 이후 7일)

    - 정해진 기간 내 정확한 정보 등록이 되지 않은 경우, 이벤트 당첨은 무효 됩니다.

    - 개인정보 업데이트 마감 시간 : 2021년 2월 25일(목) 23:59(응모 기간 마지막날)

We will offer your personal information for checking duplicate winners and processing the event.

- The receiver : Music Plant

- Purpose of usage : To verify the winners and send packages

- Information that will be gathered : Name, Phone number, Birthdate, Platform ID

- Usage Period : Within 7 days after the event is finished.

12. 본 이벤트는 진행 사정에 따라 사전 고지 없이 일부 변경 및 취소될 수 있습니다.

This event would be changed or canceled without notice.

13. 당첨자 본인이 통화를 종료하지 않는 경우 연결이 강제 종료될 수 있으니 이 점 양해 부탁 드립니다

If the winner does not end the call himself, the connection may be terminated by force, so please understand this.
