This is a precaution regarding orders for those who applied for overseas delivery. 

● Delivery Issue
　[Changes to Turkey's Personal Customs Regulations]

  Starting from August 21, 2024, the customs allowance for personal imports into Turkey has been changed, 

  and the threshold for sample imports is now EUR 30 or less.

  If the total value of your purchased products, including the price and shipping cost, exceeds EUR 30, 

  the goods will be subject to formal import customs clearance, and a 60% duty rate will apply. 

  You will need to pay the customs duty in order to receive your products.

  This change is based on the Ministry of Finance's import duty policy in Turkey. 

  If you do not comply with the taxes set by the local customs authorities or fail to make payment within the specified period, your order may be returned or discarded.

  MUSICPLANT is not responsible for cancellations or refunds once the products are shipped, and will not be held liable for any associated costs or inconveniences.

1. If you place an International Order,

　you should choose [ 배송선택(Destination) > 해외배송(overseas delivery)]

　in the order process stage.

2. Basically Products for International delivery are delivered by DHL or FEDEX,

　except for Russia and Brazil which will be sent by EMS.

As for orders shipping to Russia, delivery through EMS may be possible but MUSICPLANT shall not hold any responsibility regarding any matters that take place after package is shipped out.

　* In case of Brazil, CPF no. shall be informed.

  　please remain CPF information at 'Order Message'

　　when you fill out the order sheet.

3. In the face of the challenges posed by the current global COVID-19 situation,

　In the case of areas that cannot be delivered by DHL or FEDEX,

　we try to ship with Other delivery company instead of DHL or FEDEX.

　Just in case, If additional shipping fee is required. We'll send an e-mail.

4. The price of products purchased overseas does not include taxes or customs duties.

Therefore, additional costs may be incurred at the time of delivery, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If you do not pay the customs duties imposed by the local customs authorities, or refuse/fail to make the payment within the specified period,
 the goods may be returned or discarded. Furthermore, if the goods are returned to the MUSICPLANT logistics center due to reasons such as non-payment or refusal of customs duties,
this will be considered as a return due to change of mind. In such cases, refunds will only be made after deducting the initial shipping cost, return shipping cost,
 and any re-import customs duties. MUSICPLANT will not be held responsible for any additional costs or inconvenience arising from these circumstances.

  * Taxes are determined by the sum of the shipping cost

5. When you receive the product through the delivery company or Third party in Korea,

　you can not be protected against omission of components or Any delivery problems.

　so, Please USE our International delivery service.

6. Please note that Products will be delivered to the address

　on the order sheet of this MUSICPLANT online shopping mall.

● Poster
In case poster is included for album, a few posters will be folded

and delivered without extra shipping fee.

the poster will be delivered less than quantity of Three(3).

Please note that If customer want to receive all,

more or less, please remain message at 'Order Message'

when you fill out the order sheet.

In this case, shipping fee will be increased based on the price in order list.

If customer remain message,

we will inform customer how much increased via e-mail.
